✨ THE POWER OF SAYING NO 🙅🏻‍♀️ ✨ ✨ THE POWER OF SAYING NO 🙅🏻‍♀️ ✨
(and cute @luigi.corgi pics 🐶)

😶 I don't know who needs to hear it right now but if you're a busy parent, hustling content creator, 24/7 entrepreneur, or anything of that sort, this month may seem like you're running on fumes. 🏃🏻‍♀️🔥 Opportunities and obligations are flying at you from left, right, and center, and everyone wants a piece of your time ⏱ Who can relate?

If that sounds like you, I want to remind you that it is OK to say NO 💁🏻‍♀️

When you say NO, it means:
💫 You are giving yourself permission to do what makes YOU happy, not anyone else
💫 You are prioritizing what is most important in your life and where YOU want to truly spend your time
💫 Giving yourself time to REST and RECHARGE (which is extremely important btw!)😴
💫 You gave yourself a minute to truly think about the decision, before instantly committing and saying YES
💫 Saying not now, but actually... maybe later!! 😊

☀️ As the weather gets warmer (however slowly 😭), and the season changes,
everyone's making plans...

While you may be tempted to say yes to everything, I know that burnout can come SO EASILY 🔥 and it'll creep up on you when you least expect it 🙈

So if 20 restaurants are asking you to come to a tasting this week, prioritize and decline the tastings that you don't personally feel excited about! ✋🏻 Or if tons of friends are asking you to hang out this weekend but you've got a business to run or children to care for, know that it is absolutely ok to say "I want to! But maybe later! ❤️" ☺️

⬇️ Does this resonate with you? ⬇️

#talktuesday (and yes I’m a day late 🙈)
