Guess what?! You can FINALLY buy poke by the pound Guess what?! You can FINALLY buy poke by the pound !! 🥳🤩

👉🏻 I don't know about you, but I love how in Hawaii, you can buy different varieties of poke by the pound and just eat it as is (or bring it home and pair it with salad or rice) 😎🐟

🌟 @stevespokebar has finally made this dream come true and it's available starting July 15th 🤙🏻 Steve's Poke Bar has always been one of my favourite poke spots because their poke is so authentic. Steve is from Hawaii so he knows first hand how to bring that island flavour and taste to Vancouver.

It's such an awesome idea for potlucks and you can make your own handrolls, bowls, and seaweed tacos at home! 👊🏻😎 I brought it to my potluck with friends and they all loved it!

It's $35/lb of poke (market price) and $12/32 pcs of tofu. You can order this in store, on their app, and through delivery apps too! However you should anticipate up to 2 hours due to prep (can be less during non-peak times).

⬇️ Will you give this a try? 🤩 ⬇️

✨This high tea set is available starting July 19th and that’s also when the dining area will reopen (Richmond location)! No resos needed for the dining area and even if that is full, you can order and eat the entrees in the front cafe section too 👍 Their matcha sobas are BOMBBBB 💣

I've teamed up with them to give one follower a High Tea Set for Two ($125 value) 🥰 The set includes the three tiers as well as the chirodashi (broth) and Kabusecha (green tea) 🫖

Here are the rules:

This giveaway is open to all residents in the Lower Mainland. The winner will be drawn on July 18th at 9pm. Winner will be announced via Stories and a DM.

GOOD LUCK!! ❤️
Hey! Did you know that there is an exchangeable cu Hey! Did you know that there is an exchangeable cup program at A&W restaurants across Greater Vancouver? 😱 | AD

All you have to do is buy an exchangable cup for $3. 🥤 Then, when you bring it with you to A&W, your old cup will be taken in for cleaning, while you get a fresh, new cup for your beverage!

They've already kept more than 13,000 single-use cups out of the landfill which is great. If you visit aw.ca/cupcrew, you can sign up and play a trivia game for a chance to win e-bikes and e-scooters! 🚲🛴

[ 🤩 EXTRA CRISPY AIR FRYER TOFU RECIPE 🤩 ] [ 🤩 EXTRA CRISPY AIR FRYER TOFU RECIPE 🤩 ]

I have been loving crispy tofu lately and I can’t wait to share this recipe with you 👌❤️ The key is to freeze and thaw your tofu at least once! If you have the time, do it twice! It'll make your tofu so incredible buoyant and 'meaty'. [AD]

✨ ingredients

450g @sunrisesoyafoods extra firm or firm tofu (frozen once and defrosted)
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp oil (any kind will do)
1/2 tbsp togarashi spice
1.5 tbsp cornstarch

1. Put the tofu in the freezer and then in the fridge to defrost over night.
2. Drain the tofu and squeeze out any excess water.
3. Cut into cubes or rip it into pieces with your hands.
4. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir to create a thick paste.
5. Toss in the tofu and coat evenly.
6. Spray air fryer with a light layer of oil and add tofu in. Make sure not to overcrowd it.
7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 200 Celsius
8. Give it a good shake and serve!

[ 🌿 MY FAV VEGAN RAMEN IN VANCOUVER 🍜 ] I d [ 🌿 MY FAV VEGAN RAMEN IN VANCOUVER 🍜 ]

I don’t know why it took me so long to discover this but I’m so glad I did! 🥰 I loved it so much the first time that I went back the next day to have it again! 😍 @ramendanbo_ca

Their vegan broth is luscious, rich, creamy, and full of umami 😎 I choose ‘firm’ for the thin noodles and they’re perfectly al dente 💜 And I love that it’s fried tofu instead of charsiu! I don’t feel as heavy after eating it 👍

My personal favourite: Negi-goma Ramen ($12.95) - it has TONSSSS of green onions and sesame seeds 🤩

⬇️ Have you tried their vegan ramen?! ⬇️
