I don’t know about you, but one of the most notable food festivals in Vancouver that I look forward to the most is the annual EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival. They’re in their 16th year and this time, it’s taking place from Nov 5th-10th, 2018.
Previously it was a convention in which you can buy tickets to see a plethora of food companies showcase their most popular/new products through samples and booth experiences. See my previous post on it here. Throughout the years, they’ve expanded to include Signature Events like EAT! Harvest, EAT! Pastry, EAT! Fine Cognac, and a Dinner Series to introduce the amazing culinary talent from around the world to Vancouver.
EAT! Harvest features 24 top chefs around the world and is a wine pairing/canapes event at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront Ballroom. Nov 9th, 2018 – 7:00-9:30pm. Find tickets here.
EAT! Fine Cognac is Vancouver’s new luxurious cognac tasting event and it is where the world’s finest cognacs convene. To heighten the experience, food pairings will be available to complement the tasting. Nov 6th, 2018 – 7:00-9:00pm. Find tickets here.
EAT! Pastry is for all sweet tooths out there! This event will take you on a decadent journey through amazing creations crafted by 15 award-winning pastry chefs and chocolatiers. Ticket price includes Vancouver’s newest seasonal cocktails. Nov 10th, 2018 – 2:00-4:00pm. Find tickets here.
Last but not least are the Dinner Series. These events are perfect for those who want a filling and hearty sit down meal, crafted by the world’s best chefs.
