Missing Night Market street food?? πŸ’πŸŒƒ I saw Missing Night Market street food?? πŸ’πŸŒƒ I saw @foodgressing post about the sinfully delicious G8 Party Bag by @g8_popup_shop and I had to try! 🀩 . This Party Bag consists of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, fried tofu, fried fish cake, fried enoki mushroom, and a vegetarian Taiwanese 'blood cake' 🀀 They were out of squid but it should have fried squid as well πŸ¦‘ . @g8_popup_shop operated a Taiwanese street snack booth at the Richmond Night Market and now they have a pop-up every Tuesday from 11am-11pm at the Richmond @icybar location πŸ‘ . Pro tip: call to pre-order in advance, and go during down times if you can! They're super busy and you might need to wait up to an hour! Their Caramel Pineapple Tea was also not too sweet and really refreshing 🍍😎
Who said vegan food can't be delicious?!🌈πŸ₯•πŸ€―🍜 Seriously, it's like eating the rainbow... . @herbednoodle is a new local Vancouver business looking to deliver vegan Vietnamese noodle kits straight to your door πŸ₯° and honestly, their Vegan Bun Bo Hue was spectacular and I didn't miss the meat AT ALL 🀯 In fact... I kinda like this more than the porked up version πŸ™Š . They do free delivery over orders of $20 so I would just recommend getting their Meal Kit Combo for 2 ($25) which includes the tofu salad rolls and two noodle kits πŸ‘ I will for sure be ordering from them again! . Last but not least, I have to say that their broths are friggin amazinggggg and is so light yet incredibly flavourful ✨ There's no way I can recreate it at home and if I could eat this every day, I could easily become vegan πŸ™ˆπŸŒΏ Personally I liked the Bun Bo Hue more than the Pho just because it was more flavourful and had more mushrooms πŸ₯° . #supportlocalbusiness #veganpho #plantbased

It's sooo easy and contains only 4 ingredients! Healthy, delicious, and gluten free πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘Š Doesn't get better than that . Oh bee tee dubs, @missminaoh also has a veggie pancake option if you don't have tuna πŸ₯• . Will you give these tofu pancakes a try?
Made matcha mochi brownies again and this time, I Made matcha mochi brownies again and this time, I was smart and doubled the recipe so I can give some away and keep some to eat! πŸ΅πŸ™Š These are so unbelievably delicious that I can polish them off in a few days.... It's that DANGEROUS 🀀 . I have my own matcha mochi brownies recipe on my blog but this time I tried @siftandsimmer's recipe with coconut milk and it turned out great as well! πŸ‘ . I don't know about you but this kind of meal will cure any bad day im having πŸ₯° This came up to about $46 before tip and my favs include: salmon aburi, engawa, ikura, chopped scallop, ika (squid), amaebi (raw shrimp), and the tobiko and quail egg πŸ’ͺ .
